An accomplished entrepreneur with a robust experience of more than 15 years in the Oil industry. Vuyelwa has a strong track record in driving high volume and revenue growth. Her skills span from trading in Main Fuels (Diesel, Petrol, Illuminating Paraffin) and Speciality products (HFO, Bitumen, Lubricants, Gas, Jet Fuel). 

She held a senior management position at one of the Oil majors. She established a world class trade desk at Masana Petroleum Solutions where she managed a very successful Reseller business and commercial fuel supply with over 500 million litres per annum. She has been exposed in the Commercial transport, Mining, Resellers, Government, Public entities and Construction portfolios and have dealt with all the major Oil companies that are operating in South Africa. 

She subsequently built a Reseller business (Milani Business Solutions) which was founded with the desire to build something of her own, while simultaneously giving back to both industry and the South African community at large. The development of entrepreneurs is one of the most effective ways of stimulating economic growth, transformation and the creation of jobs in our communities. She recognised that a growing small, medium and micro-sized enterprise (SMME) sector is vital for broadening economic participation and delivering on the country’s economic development objectives. She brings a wealth of leadership qualities which are growing Milani from strength to strength.

Ms Zakhi Luthuli is a Black South African Female who is Registered Environmental Health Practitioner with a B Degree in Environmental Health and Safety Management (University of Johannesburg) and is also a qualified Lead Auditor with 15 years’ experience within the Chemical Manufacturing, processing, Petro-chemical, Power Generation, Aviation, and Technical Services. She held a position as a Head of Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) at Masana Petroleum Solutions.

Carol Mpisi

Supply and Logistics

Carol has 21 years of experience within the Oil Industry. She has been holding different roles within the Supply Chain which includes sourcing 850million litres of Petroleum products for Masana Petroleum Solutions. These volumes were subsequently moved using different modes of transport to the entire South African market. She has been controlling the Distribution budget to the value of R320m of which she used for Primary cost, handling the stock at depot level and Secondary distribution of product to all Masana customers. Eskom was one of her biggest customers where she was delivering over 200 million litres per annum to Ankerlig and 25 million litres to Eskom power stations based in Mpumalanga

Carol demonstrated her knowledge in different sectors which include being the Head of Supply and Logistics with 3rd party contractors of more than 50 fleet. She has been an Exco Member for a period of 2 years and was developing long term strategy, including the budget for 5 years and again identify risks for the company with mitigation plans in place. Carol was appointed as a Community Project Leader whilst she was working for BP and her project to develop communities was the top 8 in the Africa Region. She is passion for community development and able to work with all different stakeholders

Pamella Marlowe

Finance

Pamella holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the university of the Witwatersrand. She completed her Articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), with clients in various industries.

She is a Chartered Accountant and after doing her Articles, she joined the International Tax department at PwC.

Her clients included MTN SA, Macsteel and Rand Merchant Bank to mention a few. She has an HDipTax qualification from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. She is a registered Tax Practitioner with SARS, a Registered Auditor with IRBA, a Bidvest Academy certificate as well as a Barloworld Leadership Development Programme certificate from GIBS.

She held various senior financial positions within the Motor Industry which included:

• Franchise Financial Director -BMW Franchise at Bidvest McCarthy;
• Senior Financial Manager- Barloworld Motor Retail Head Office;
• Franchise Financial Manager- Gauteng VW Franchise at Barloworld Motor Retail
• CFO- RO Metrics, a subsidiary of Barloworld SA- Land Rover N4 Witbank.

She is a member of the IoDSA. She serves as a Trustee of the Enviroserv BBOS Trust. She is the Chairperson of the Resultant Finance Risk and Audit Committee and serves as a Non- Executive Director of the Resultant Finance Board of Directors.

She is the Managing Director of DNM Consulting (Pty) Ltd, an Accounting, Tax, and Business Advisory Consulting company, with a focus in providing quality and credible financial records and business support to Small and Medium Enterprises. She is a facilitator for Accounting Made Easy, a colour coded finance for non- financial manager training. She was a Top 35 Under 35 CAs competition finalist for 2015 and she has featured in the Top 40 Under 40 feature in the Destiny magazine.
